2.The Chinese and mathematics teaching quality of Grade Five in rural primary school in western China has basically reached the requirement of syllabus,however,the quality between village schools and central schools still varies.
3.There're quite great differences in Grade Five instruction quality among urban schools,rural schools and county schools in western China.The rural school students are poor at Chinese basic knowledge and fail to meet the basic requirements of syllabus,especially at the aspect of the pronunciation,components of Chinese character,memorizing,comprehension and the usage of the vocabulary.Furthermore,the rural school students are weak in working out the practical problem with mathematics knowledge and they don't have a clear understanding of the mathematics concepts.
